Inventory Restock Appointment

Appointments can be made within 24 hours of submitting inventory online through the consignor connect portal. For all inventory questions please reach out to inventory@retailtherapyaz.com.

If your preferred time is not available, please reach out to our staff to discuss a solution.  However we do encourage you to prebook your appointments if you have a busy schedule.

*When scheduling at Westgate, please note that on event days parking is $30 and there will no longer be a parking fee redemption program available. So please check the "Surrounding area events calendars" below prior to scheduling as it lists the days Westgate Entertainment District will have paid parking. Thank you!*

Community Discounts

There’s nothing more important than engaging with the community for the success and growth of all of our businesses. In order to increase local foot traffic, a 10% discount off the entire purchase will be provided to First Responders, Teachers, Retail Therapy AZ employees, and fellow small businesses that have a contracted display inside Retail Therapy AZ. Identification and proof will always be required for a customer to qualify for the 10% discount.

Partner Incentives

Quarterly Partner Give Aways for things like FREE RENT, NO PERCENTAGE OF SALES TAKEN, FREE VENDOR SPACES, GIFT CERTIFICATES, AND SO MUCH MORE! Drawings are to be called on MARCH 31, JUNE 30, SEPTEMBER 30, DECEMBER 31 Earn tickets by doing any of the following: CLEAN AND UPDATE DISPLAY - Every time you come in store to restock, please request the cleaning basket! Update and rearrange your inventory! Keep it new and fresh for your returning customers! POST AND TAG US ON FACEBOOK OR INSTAGRAM - Promote your presence and your incredible business! Need us to take your pic?! Just let a team member know! Show us your post at the register to claim your ticket! SUPPORT A FELLOW BUSINESS - Take a photo or video of your favorite local finds in store. Tag us and your fellow business owners. Show us your post at the register to claim your ticket! EARN EXTRA TICKETS - Attend any of our networking events and earn an extra ticket! Shop your fellow businesses, for every $20 spent earn an extra ticket!

Monthly Payouts

All sales for the month will be paid out via check, and will be available for pick up at the designated location after 2pm on the 5th of each month. As of now, we do not yet have the option of automatically applying your sales towards your monthly rent. Checks will not be issued until all monthly rental obligations have been met at all locations you are in (where applicable).

Monthly Rent

If you ever have a situation where you may not be able to pay your monthly dues on time, please contact us prior to the date that your invoices go out (the 25th of each month).  This way we can make sure to have a plan in place that supports all parties involved.  We always give you a grace period until the 4th at 5pm.  At that time, if dues are still not received, and no communication has been made prior to the 25th, you will accrue a late fee of $15 per day and these fees are unable to be reversed. Once dues are considered "late", your product will be removed until payment is received.  After 14 days, your contract will be severed, and the product will be held until payment is received.  After 30 days, Retail Therapy does take ownership of the product. You will then be ineligible to participate in any further opportunities with Retail Therapy AZ until any and all unpaid balances are resolved. If you need support and would like us to apply your monthly check, please submit an email to accounts@retailtherapyaz.com.  The fee of this is an automatic one day late fee of $15 and $5 per check that is applied. If paying your dues late does become a regular trend, the option to resign or move into other locations may be unavailable.
